Six days and counting until Zack's official due date. Would you believe that I still wake up some mornings, absentmindedly forgetting that I'm pregnant? Oh but then I feel sweet (although sometimes very intense) baby kicks and I remember that not only are we preparing for a magnificent gift that we don't deserve in the least, but we will be SEEING, and CUDDLING, and KISSING this little guy so very soon! The Author of life is faithfully preparing His baby for good works outside of my belly; and I am so very anxious to see what He has uniquely designed for this new member of our family. It is a struggle for me to wait, however this almost but not quite yet is space that God is using to pursue my heart and remind me that He is indeed in control of Zack's birth story. His designs are purposeful and perfect and I'm so eager to be a part of what the Lord has written on Zack's behalf.
The three kids are also anxiously anticipating their little brothers arrival! Blane comments everyday, "Wow! Baby Zack is getting HUGE!!!" Ashley loves to spend time in "Zack's room" and Gavin has claimed the seat next to Zack in the car so that he can assist buckling him in and out.
