It's hard to imagine that four whole years have flown by since we laid eyes on the cutest little baby boy. Oh my how we love Gavin so! Full of spunk and personality, this little spitfire is a bundle of fun. He has no need to take things too seriously, and anything can be turned into a fun game. A petite and almost scrawny little boy with the biggest brown eyes and chiseled face make him dazzlingly cute. He has no lack in the confidence department; he is always eager to talk to others and make new friends. He is a fair weather outsider - too hot or too cold and he'd rather be indoors playing with his cars and trains. I unofficially started pre-school with him this year and to my surprise he has really enjoyed the 20 minutes or so of work each day. He is easily reading simple CVC words and loves to play hands on math games. It's almost difficult to find enough "school work" to keep him busy - he's always asking for more! I am so thankful for the very diverse personalities in our home, and Gavin is no exception. While disciplining him keeps me on my toes, he is so very loving and exuberantly full of fun at the same time. It's hard for him to be in a room without eliciting smilies. We love you dearly sweet one!
